Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Squad Logistics's courier and delivery services in Nepal, including our website at sqdlog.com, the Squad Logistics Vendor App, and the Squad Logistics Rider App (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, submitting a packet, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
Vendors are businesses that register with Squad Logistics to send packets to their customers using our pickup, delivery, and cash-on-delivery (COD) services. Riders are delivery staff who use the Rider App to collect and deliver packets. Customers are the recipients of a vendor's delivery and do not need an account to receive a packet or check its tracking status.
2. Vendor Accounts
- You must provide accurate business name, phone number, email, and address when registering, and keep this information up to date.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of every packet you submit — receiver name, phone number, delivery address, and COD amount. Squad Logistics is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provided.
- We may suspend a vendor account for non-payment, repeated packaging violations, or misuse of the Services. A suspended account cannot submit new packets until the issue is resolved.
3. Pricing, COD, and Payment
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the receiver's delivery zone/tier and are shown before a packet is submitted. Prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NRs).
- For cash-on-delivery packets, Squad Logistics collects payment from the receiver on the vendor's behalf. The delivery charge is deducted from the collected amount before payout.
- Payouts are processed on request through the Vendor App's "Request COD Transfer" feature. Payout timing and method (cash, bank transfer, etc.) are confirmed with your assigned branch office.
- Any pricing dispute must be raised within a reasonable time of the delivery in question — contact us using the details below.
4. Pickup, Delivery, and Prohibited Items
- Packets must be properly packaged to withstand normal handling and transport.
- Delivery and pickup times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees. Squad Logistics is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (weather, road conditions, incorrect address, receiver unavailability, etc.).
- We do not accept packets containing: cash, jewelry or precious metals, weapons or explosives, illegal drugs or substances, live animals, perishable or hazardous goods, or any item prohibited under Nepali law. Squad Logistics reserves the right to inspect a packet if there is reasonable concern about its contents.
- A rider may return a packet undelivered if the receiver is unreachable, refuses the delivery, or the address cannot be located after a reasonable attempt.
5. Cancellations and Returns (RTV)
- A packet can be canceled before it is picked up, or marked returned if delivery could not be completed.
- Canceled or returned packets are physically handed back to the vendor through our Return to Vendor (RTV) process. Until that handover happens, the packet remains at the office and its status is shown as "Expected to return" in the Vendor App.
- No delivery charge is billed for a packet canceled before pickup. A packet that reaches an attempted delivery before being returned may still incur charges as agreed with your branch office.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
Squad Logistics may suspend or terminate a vendor or rider account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Services. You may close your own account at any time by contacting us; any outstanding COD payouts owed to you will still be settled.

7.7 Claims
Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date or the expected delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
7.8 Investigation

7.9 Compliance with Law
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited under the laws of Nepal.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
